How to request deletion

Email hello@forno.kitchen from the address associated with your account (or, if you signed in with Google, from that Google account) with the subject "Account deletion request". If you're not sure which email is linked to your account, include as much identifying detail as you can (device, sign-in method, approximate sign-up date) and we'll help track it down.

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your account record, saved recipes, photos, meal plans, grocery lists, and household membership. Purchase records may be retained for a longer period where we're legally required to (for example, for tax and accounting purposes) - see the Privacy Policy for full detail on data retention.

If you're in a household, deleting your account removes your membership and your own contributed data, but does not delete data still owned by other household members.

Deleting specific data instead of your whole account

You can also request deletion of specific data (for example, just your recipe photos) without closing your account entirely - use the same email address and describe what you'd like removed.
